Two things start my day, coffee and analytics. Since 2008 I have studied behavior and communications on the internet to determine how to grow an organization for business. I'm in business, my "why" to grow my community by creating the resources we need to feed families and achieve our goals. My success is when your business hires people.

Energy Neither Created nor Destroyed

I think that is not the full picture. I think energy is being created all of the time, and that we humans are so small we only see a transfer of energy. Honestly, to tell me that there that exists, can not be created, that which is there.... Energy is created and there are two methods that I know of where it is created. The first, is MUSIC and the interplay between musicians and dancers. This energy started by the musician motivates the dancer which inspires the musician which fuels the dancer which further fuels the musician... Until, Boom. Everyone walks out full. The other place energy is created is in sucessful business. A person saves up $10,000. They invest that $10K and form a structure of return that works, creating $100,000. They reinvest that money to establish a working system of return. Over time they refine the structure so that it returns year over year. They raise a family, and eventually pass the business down to their children, who gather returns working the system year over year, decade over decade. Hiring people, families are born, raised, grow old from those jobs.
