You used to actually Drive cars? Our children's children will ask their parents. We are so close to an infrastructure revolution, we need to be, that I hope by the time our Grandchildren grow up they will be shooked we were actually behind the wheel of cars.
The Self Driving Car Revolution
Technology has advanced, but we live in the 1920's.
The oil industry hosts shills online who post memes showing an oil powered generator charging an electric car, saying See how dumb electric cars are? Even if there were not environmental or differences, having individual hundreds of millions of gas powered engines moving around the globe each individually exhausting carbon monoxide, creates an uncontrolled situation. That is, even if we used oil to create the energy to power electric cars, having the cars powered by electric, and the electric generated in single, or say thousands of sources, allows for us to remediate the negative effects of oil based energy. Instead of hundreds of millions or tailpipes there are thousands of generators where we can scrub or capture the CO2 or at least deal with it. Certainly, other forms of electrical generation would grow as well, but having energy creation consolidated in space is beneficial as having hundreds of millions of gas motors cricling the Earth.
I love driving but time is up.
Driving for me never gets old. It feels like magic to fly over the ground going 70 MPH, dribing out West, coming out of the mountains.. I love driving! But I no long want to drive my car.
Where can I sign up for a $299 a month package, when I need a car, I say to whatever AI I use, for simplicity, I will use SIRI, "SIRI, car, grocery store" and a car arrives. Like UBER but without a driver. Want the luxury vehicle, pay for the $499 package?
Self Driving Vehicles are our future.
The benefits of self driving cars:

- Mainframe database routes and signal intrepretation
- No driver, no need for front seats. The transportation experience where we are all facing frontward is no longer necessary.

Faster travel. Self driving cars could go bumber to bumber moving at 100 mph and be safe.
We live in an infrastructure evolved from horse travel, mechanical horses, red light green light stop. This is not acceptable any longer.
How do we get to the new future?
Now that we, the entire Earth, are connected to each other live, we need to evolve. The days of war and aggression need to end. America could take the first step to lower the war temparature by taking say 1-/4 of our yearly war budget, and put that towards infrastructure.
Moving military budget into infrastructure:
- spend less on death
- outher countries do not need to spend so much on death, bc we are not threatening them.
- create entire new economies of infrasture.
When we really consider what the self driving future looks like, it wont be cars as we know it. More like tubes or tunnels across the country and from State to State. That can carry vehicles as well as pump water, and other resources.
For those of us who believe Peace is Possible, the first step is move the military budget into infrastructure and lets start building the new world in peace.
